This video (and thread) are just clickbait.
Mojang isn't "eliminating" hacked clients, they're just sending takedowns to groups that make them.
All these hacked client providers have to do is move their services (website and domain) to offshore servers / bulletproof hosting and they'll continue to function as normal.

When Mojang/MS may make software updates to the Minecraft client/server that prevent certain hacks from being used, then you may be able to claim that they are "eliminating hacked clients".
