Hand Drawn Graphics Designer Needed

Hey there. Im looking for a graphics designer that can do high quality but cheap hand drawn design within the price range of $5-$15. I would like the designer to contact me via skype (TrifleTower) and we can discuss what I want. I would also want the designer, after spoken together, to draw a quick scetch of the drawing and then If I like it and am pleased with it, I will pay 50% of the agreed price and once done I will pay the rest.
