Hand Drawn Server Logo - I already drew a sketch

Hello. I am currently in need of a server logo for a Minecraft server I'm creating. I'm looking for smooth, crisp line art and detailed coloring (shadows, highlights, etc). I already drew my own sketch of how I would want the logo to look but unfortunately, I can't seem to get my tablet to work. Money is not a problem for me however I am hoping for normal rates to be slightly reduced since I've already done the sketching phase.
