I don't even bother publicizing anything until payment is made in full. But you do have a point there.
Think what you want but I have done plenty of deals with very reputable members.
I honestly don't need your service, I can just find someone else.

You are lacking in details. You are very vague and expect someone to draw you up a YouTube banner? How would they know what to draw up if you give no further information?
I don't work before recieving a down payment. I don't know of any artists that do. And I wouldn't be willing to do much for $20 anyway. Thanks for recommending me though.
