Handcuff and Zipties plugin

Basically i need a plugin where you can have a item and shift right click someone to bring on a gui the gui will have a leave option for each one

On handcuffs it would need the following options
Escort (Player stays in front of you unless you die or leave) or to un escort shift right click again
Jail Options 5 Mins 10 Mins 15 mins options can be customized in config and it uses jail plugin
Hand

Zipties it would need
Escort (Player stays in front of you unless you die or leave) or to un escort shift right click again
Muffle player they cant speak in chat unless un ziptied or you die or leave

while in gui the player cant move
