I need a plugin made that has the ability to escort players, send them to a jail for 5, 10, 15 mins and keep them cuffed/ziptied for 5, 10 and 15 mins. While a player is cuffed or ziptied they cannot hit or shoot other players or run commands. It also needs to use items and when you right click someone holding the item it brings up a gui with these options.
