You are going about this completely, completely wrong.
You should choose staff members from your own community, not on a forum filled with Minecraft "traders".
You do not need so many staff ranks and so many staff members. This is just extremely unproportionate. You probably don't need *any* staff members to start out with, in fact, unless you have reasons to expect significant players from launch - the only real reasons for which would be expensive advertisement.

That my friend is your opinion; and you are right to have it. Though we will not be taking your trashing into any account. We've had several wonderful applicants and they're all doing wonderfully. We will be advertising as soon as we launch our beta and furthermore you're the only one thinking this way. Everyone that has contacted us has liked how we go about it and can't wait for our launch.

I have significantly more experience than a 14 year old who thinks they know everything. But sure, your server is not my concern. FWIW, I'll make my prediction, in writing, on this thread that your server will not last longer than 4 months. I'll see you in 4 months to see if I was right.
Edit: Also, it was pretty respectful. There was nothing disrespectful about it. I could make it more disrespectful. You might not like it because it violates a 14 year old's principles on seeing lots of eye candy with 6200 staff ranks; that does not make it disrespectful.

Why do you want this position? I would like moderator position because I am very experienced in being staff members on servers over 9 servers I have been on 6 mod and 3 admin so I think it would be best I am moderator for now. I have been Mod on FrostFactions back in the day Mod on PrimeHCF, Admin on VeltPvP, Admin on HCClash, Admin on AuraHCF, mod on MysticCraft, Mod on UHC.zone Mod on Minejunkies, and mod on Sarefine while that was up. So I have experience in a lot of different types of game-mode servers. If this server does screen-sharing I would say I am one of the best out there. I can easily tell the difference between Cheats or not. I can tell the difference between x-ray or a normal miner. I feel like this position for me is Ideal because I may be a Mod but how I lead a team and do my work, makes me look like above moderator.
What can you bring to the server? I can bring fun, I can also bring an almost definite no cheater environment zone, I can bring joy and happiness to players and most certainly the staff members as well.
How much time can you dedicate daily? I can probably dedicate 5-8 hours daily.
Strengths as a staff member? Communicating with the chat, watching people accused of cheating, and being very active on Teamspeak, dicord, and the server or anything else.
Weaknesses as a staff member? Not really any weakness except maybe figuring out plugins//coding.
Are you here just to be staff? No that is one reason why I am here but another is mainly to have a good time on that server and hopefully make new friends and make the players a nice playing environment.
One word to describe yourself and why? Positive. That would be the word that describes me because its true. Everyone who have worked with always loved working with me if its a player or even the owner. I tend to try to bring the better side of things if something really tragic happend or if something happend to the server such as griefing (ect). I am rarely ever sad or toxic, Mostly when you speak to me I am a joyful person.
Are you currently staff elsewhere? No I currently redesigned on all of my servers because I am looking for another server that I could possibly help out.
How do you define maturity? Not being toxic at critical points of the server. Act profesionally if someone in that chat is acting very childish such as saying KYS. Not making any elementary jokes (once in a while cna slip through by the average person)
As a leader what is your goal? My goal would be to make the server better and enjoyable I would really love to give knowledge to the players and most definitely the staff members aswell.

About the cummunity manager position if you have Telegram msg me @ScrapayHCF I have been manager for a few hcf servers but I can probably easily take on factions as I play both. I personal feel I’m very persuasive in the cumminity as getting youtubers for a decent price. I can do all contacting to youtubers and streamers. I’ll go more in depth if you msg me on telegram.
