Hardcore Faction Spawn (Must be Exclusive) need ASAP

What I'm looking for:

• I'm currently looking for an exclusive spawn which is around 100 x 100.
  The spawn must be based around a Hardcore Faction theme, so this would include:
  Flat terrain, crate area, cow spawner area, houses, flat platform area, big nice oak trees (you should know what I'm looking for if you build HCF spawns

This is the type of design I like.

Budget: $15 - 30
If you can build this by tuesday/wednesday or provide exclusive builds via private message on the forums or skype, would be much appreciated.

Please, if it ain't HCF themed, don't bother offering your builds.
