Hardcore Factions Core

Hello, I've been in the search of a developer that can make me a full HCF Core plugin. I know, there are a bunch of ones floating around that you can buy, but I want something custom.

A List of what I want:

Scoreboard
- Customize-able
- Scoreboard that displays the following:
* Combat Tag
* Enderpearl Cool down
* PvP Timer
* KOTHs
* SOTW Timer
* EOTW Timer
* Active Class
* Archer Tag
* Bard Energy
* Teleportation Count Down
* Logout Timer
* Super Golden Apple Cool down

Misc.
- Hooks into MangoHCF (spookee), WorldBorder,
- Combat Tag - Combat timer (30 seconds)
- Enderpearl cool down - Enderpearl cool down (16 seconds)
- When you don't use /logout to logout, an NPC will spawn & stay for 30 seconds.
- Can't do /logout in different dimensions, only over-world.
- /gopple - Displays current time left before being about to consume another super golden apple
- Removes strength effect from beacons. Only the faction leader can place/break beacons in their territory
- Disables crafting recipes of certain items (Customize-able)
- Ender chest economy raiding - Factions can put only 1 ender chest in their claimed territory. (ENDER CHESTS ONLY WAY TO DEPOSIT MONEY) Can be accessible by any faction even when not raid-able. GUI opens where players can steal money from that faction. Only the faction officers+ can withdraw money/destroy ender chest.
- /setend - Sets the end spawn where players will be teleport-ed to upon entry.
- /setendexit - Sets the end exit where players will be teleport-ed to upon exit.
- Classes (Archer, Bard, Miner)
- Customize-able classes
- /sotw - Starts the SOTW timer to where players take no damage for a certain amount of time
- /eotw - Starts the EOTW timer, players have 30 minutes to prepare for EOTW. After the 30 minutes the server restarts and deletes faction claims, factions. World border shrinks by 100 blocks every 30 minutes until it gets to 100x100
- XP Booster - Ores gives you 1.5x more exp than usual. Lootings gives you 2.0x more exp than usual. Fortunes give you 2.0x more exp.

Buying a core off mc-market is going to most likely get you skidded/stolen code or just something already leaked. Also before I get a bunch of butt hurt replies I said MOST LIKELY not 100%
