hey folks, I'm looking for a builder or already built Koths with proof of building

I need any design Koth but it can't just be a flat stupid Koth made by a 7 year old, I'm looking for detail, design and imagination, It's for a HCF server and I'm willing to pay, That's why the prefix says "Buying"

PLEASE reply asap with reasonable prices, I'm not paying 40$ for one build btw
