Must have:
* Flat Area at 0,0 for about 180 blocks
* Flat Area for Roads about 30 Blocks Wide
* Deserts/Mesa's Every Quad
* Many Rivers and Occasional Stone Hills
* Rocks aka Surface Iron/Coal
* Increased Ores
* Dungeons with Mob Spawners
