Harvester Hoe Bug Fix (custom pl)

Ok, so recently I purchased a HarvesterHoe plugin with 2 modes;

Sell Mode
- This mode will automatically sell the sugarcane that goes into your inventory (hooks into essentials worth.yml)

Farm Mode
- This is the standard mode, it will work exactly how normal harvesterhoe's work on normal servers, when you hit a sugarcane it will remove it and put it straight into your inventory.

and the developer said he would give me FREE bug fixes and I am having an issue with the plugin atm and the developer has not been responding for around 4 days now, my server is live and I need the issue fixing..

So im not sure if this is allowed but could I pay someone to fix the issue for me?
I am offering $5 for someone to fix the issue.
