Kk, just seemed sus since the other 2 classes were lowercase, and then utils was uppercased at the start making it seem like utils was copied from somewhere else

I'm giving you a tip, you said you use &. This is what you would do ChatColor.translateAlternateColorCodes('&', "&cHello world!"), while the same can be accomplished with "§cHello World!".
