I would suggest a thread design and your vouches. Personally, your CV is more of a resume than a CV. I would have both just on standby but your CV is quite short so I would build some experience (especially within Management) before requesting payment.

Thank you for the tip! Although I haven't included all my experience, as I am not able to validate it with proof. Once I locate the proof I'll add it to my CV. And, I will be looking to get a thread design implemented soon!

There is an error in your thread design that I suggest fixing
In the description it says anager, I think it is supposed to say "Manager".

Also I suggest linking your resume to the Thread design!

The thread design looks nice; however, you sacrificed readability when making it that way. The color scheme and mixed text makes the overall design look cool, but it's a lot harder to actually read. For example, for Experiences, it's insanely hard to see the player base for the first one. Secondly, on the last one you can barely make out the position that's mixed into the server name. It's also hard to read the date that is under it.
