With the amount of support tickets seemingly declining, I'm wondering if anyone has received a reply. They are currently around 911,000 tickets all time created. If you created a ticket and recently got a reply, I would like to ask what ticket request you were near. i.e. 400,000, 510,000. To try and find out where they are at in the queue because people have been waiting months. Thanks for your kind contribution!

approx 466k ticket id and still no response. they are probably responding to tickets in the 300k range probably, that’s my guess but i’m probably wrong.

You need a certain method to get response earlier. I used to get response in 1-3 days, now its over a week lol.
