soooo whats unique about your service team (except quality)?
Well to answer your question:

1 - We offer the leading-industry support, which we hope will make a huge impact on the way you view us, a lot of people don't know how to deal with their clients, and we are constantly watching videos and training our selves at becoming the best customer support in the industry.

2 - To work at Project 72 you need to meet the criteria that we provide, and we expect high-quality work at all times, if it is not met, we do not invite them here.

3 - We are in it for the satisfaction, we believe if our clients are beyond satisfied with their products, they will come back for more, which in return is money for us, but our end goal is not money, it is the satisfaction of our clients.

No hate, I see you have a lot of passion for your work but I'd try finding something better because this won't really attract a lot of people as it's just like the other 10000 service teams, good luck though!
I dont believe so, go try to find a decent service-team, theres 1000+, but are they really as good as they say they are? Do they really high experts? I dont think so.

So then, why should I believe you? Most service teams promise quality aswell.
They promise it, but do not provide it, I can assure you we provide quality-work, and quality customer-support, dont believe me? Try ordering from us.

Every service team states that they have the leading industry support, and it isn't always true. Your going to have to send some evidence to back up these statements. How are the users suppose to believe that you have the best support when everyone else claims that they do. Only once service team can hold the "best" support.

I really get it, I dont expect you both to agree, nor anyone to agree, but if you do order, I am sure you will agree that we have lead-industry support, we answer our tickets as fast as we can and we have freelancers like literally waiting to claim the commission, + we only provide high-quality work, now I cant prove it to you unless you make a order, or we get our first vouch, but I do hope you see us as we gain our reputation and stand out beyond those service-teams.

None of that stands out at all, everyone says that. You’re “special” because you watch YouTube about your job occasionally. I don’t think so

For the youtube part, I know my job and what I am supposed to do, but you know what, I love learning, I read at least 20 pages to a book everyday about sales, and customer-service/support, I do my best to learn something new everday and implement it in my daily life, if no one was to learn how else could we become better? I think just the quality and support would really blow your minds, I wish you both the best in your lives and carreers, thank you for the fascinating questions, I hope I answered this correctly.
