Have a player base but running out of funds?

Hey chaps! We have a dedicated server with 2 gamemodes currently skyblock and OPSkyblock, however we lack a player base. We have about 18gb of ram we could spare to someone who has an established server. The reason we are looking to make this deal, is that your server increases our network population therefore increasing our votes therefore player base. You get free hosting, we get players. No one pays money, and it's awesome! Obviously you require proof of ownership I get that, you can add me on discord and I can get anything you need as proof! However, we do have some of our own specifications. We require that your player base be no less then 20 players, and that you do not exceed 18gb of ram unless re-negotiated. Throw your discord along with your server ip below if this sounds interesting! Again, I am more then willing to supply any proof you need, but it's to broad to post everything here.
