Have a premium services section and a non-premium services section

In the services section, there should be two section.

Premium Services: Premium and Supreme members can make threads here, but normal members can reply.

Non-Premium Services: Non-premium/supreme members can make threads and reply.

Just an idea ;)

What is the point with this? Adding more sections to forums will just dilute traffic away from each section of the forums. It doesn't make sense a premium cannot post more information to the premium services section. A non premium services section completes that. The forums format is fine as is at the current moment.

Im going to have to agree with Cooltime2 on this one as all it will do is remove traffic from the area.
