I think a bunch of forums are lacking in the ability to use reactions. It's a bit inconsistent atm.

Reactions were enabled in that forum pretty quick after this thread was posted, they have to be manually added every time we add a new forum and I'm a little bit forgetful of that sometimes.

I'll move this to the bug report archives since that's what this really was, thank you.
