Open up task manager and see if anything unusual is running, you should be able to terminate the task, and prevent it from re-running on startup, as again it could just be an annoying virus.
Then to see if it was a remote access tool check if all of your information has been stolen or not, and I would change your password if I were you just for extra precautions.
