I think SR's should be held to some of the highest standards. They shouldn't ever be "working" when they are not 100%. I think SR's should be forced to respond to every comment they approve and address every question directed their way.

Back when m6 was a scam resolver he would make sure to reply with thoughtful responses that were backed by the rules of the site. Now, SR's just allow the posts to be viewed and don't interject. This seems to lead to them taking on more scam reports than they can maintain. The overall quality of replies written by staff members has drastically fallen off since when I joined the site. You can also look and see that when a scam resolver first takes on the position they reply with more detailed answers and as time continues their replies get worse. I think this can be attributed to the fact they overwhelm themselves with reports.

SR's should have faster response times on scam reports, the user isn't going to give a fuck if they have to wait almost 2 months in some circumstances. They say "we have too many tickets", then they shouldn't claim tickets that they can't maintain, and instead let another SR claim that ticket, and also hire more sr's Kappa

I wouldn't say that they need to reply faster, that's not my issue at least. My issue is that they don't reply at all or when they do it's not consistent with their past comments because they have too much to keep up with. I would love for SR's to take the time to write up a reply before they even approve the comment. They should either and tell the user who made the comment that their comment didn't provide any evidence, or tell the other party what they would like for them to do in response to what was said. This would make it so that both parties have a very clear understanding of where they stand in the eyes of their resolver. This should help more relative information get posted and inturn making reports get resolved faster.

I’ve literally seen scam reports be like

Scam Resolver:“you have 48 hours to reply otherwise you’ll be banned”
*10 days later*
*no response from user*
Scam Resolver: “user banned”

In those 8 extra days the person in question could’ve scammed 30 people.
Likewise if the person paid in under 48 hours he’d be restricted from making $ for 8 days for no viable reason other than MCM’s faulty system

Scam Resolvers definitely need to be put in check. The time it takes to resolve a lot of these reports is far too long and frankly unacceptable.

Some of these reports last for months with resolvers constantly trying to give out ludicrous time frames that aren’t even kept. As the original suggestion also stated, when resolvers do intercede in reports their responses have become lackluster and at times uninterested.

Having an uninterested mindset in the reports you’re tasked to mediate is a setup for failure.

strongly agree, I've seen scam reports just blatantly ignore the question on hand which would solve the scam report literally instantly. Its disturbing but I hope a new system is put in place.
