Everyone has there opinions and I would suggest to you to keep your opinion to yourself. I'm not saying your opinion is wrong or right but people can take offence to some opinions, this is a example of this. However I do understand why you may be a little annoyed for getting warning points for this because you were just stating your opinion. Hard one to decide.

All of my warning points are from calling someone out on something that they didn't want to be called out on. I didn't go as deep as you did like saying they have a disease they just were misleading people and everyone seemed to think I should be punished for pointing that out

Define hate speech

There is a clear difference between saying something truthful and hurtful. There is no need for hate speech and or hurtfulness towards anybody on the site. If you have something to say but you are aware that it constitutes any form of hate speech or that someone may take it as an offense towards them, do not say it. These are warning points that do not have to be given in the first place merely because it is so easy to avoid getting them.

If your referring to this website and katana's warning. Then in my opinion you are wrong, they are just trying to make the community as friendly as possible. However in some opinions this shouldn't of happened but you can't really blame the "website".
