Anyone of any age can open a paypal account does not necessarily need a bank account and some do not own it ... My services are for those people who do not have a bank account in their countries

As said above, you may easily do it if you have a bank account.

You're going on the suggestion that one doesn't have a bank account, which would suggest that said user would be underage, which is against PayPal's Terms and Conditions.

This is my point. If one doesn't have a bank account in general, connected to PayPal or not, then the user probably isn't over-age.

2: Here on mc market I am pretty sure everyone has a debit/credit card.( correct me if i am wrong )
3: This thread is worded wrong pretty sure it is confusing to some people.
4: You don't have any rep it would be pretty hard to find a deal on top of that.
