HavoxMC is a custom enchantment PVP server. With features such as Outposts, Trench Picks, Chunkbusters (custom made), and Faction Cores (custom made).

Faction Cores are fully custom! When you do /f claim for the first time, you are required to place down your core. If your core is mined or blown up, all of your faction's land is unclaimed. Fully custom messages in config.yml

Reason for selling: Total loss of interest in owning a server.

Payments will be sent as friends and family. Either YOU go first or we use a trusted middleman.

I'd say this would sell for like 10$, your only selling your factions core basically. The ip is worth less than 1$, you can tell because of it's ending.

Alright, sorry for trashing, I'll remove all my comments in a moment. My point is that I would be interested at a price of around 10$, if your willing to go down to there. The community isn't worth anything in my opinion. Anyway, good luck.

Can you provide proof that you already gave the payout? It is extremely scummy if a user buys this and suddenly has to pay off $1000

Well the payout is in Buycraft Credit, so next season the users will receive their items / ranks.
