Hello everyone, today Hayze is seeking staff members for our network. Hayze is a
competitive factions server with a large player base, unique features, and an awesome
factions experience. Below are the positions we are looking for, along with the application link, and more information.


Helpers (0/4)
Our vision of a helper is to moderate chat, help players, and simply show us why
you would be a good candidate for future positions if you have no experience. Within
the helper role, we also look for people who play casually.


Moderators (0/2)
Within the moderator position, we need people who can moderate within
a competitive faction environment. If you have not played and/or staffed, we highly
recommend you do not apply for this position. You are required to play casually and
not be within a powerful faction and/or competitive faction.


Administrator (0/1)
We are looking for a competitive faction administrator to be able to deal with power
factions. This position is very limited and we are looking for someone with the following
traits and experience. If you do not have these, please apply for something else.
  • Have played Competitive Factions within the past month
  • Understand basic cannoning concepts
  • Understand basic base concepts including walls and bases
  • Have staffed on a server with over 100+ player base
  • Has sufficient knowledge in faction strikes
  • Understands how to deal with player issues/scenarios

Currently no, but based on peformance, we will in the future. We also don't want staff just for the money, but to actually help out the project. This is great experience aswell, as Hayze is a big name, and has a large playerbase.

You say large playerbase, yet the server is full of alts. I joined the server and your own players said the playerbase would be 10-20 without alts which isn't very large.

Hello there, it seems you are new to the faction community, in which thoses are the types of people in which we try to avoid to recruit because of your knowlegde. Faction requires alts to AFK Sugarcane, Cactus, and Spawner farms. Also they playerbase is well above 10-20, because if you look on /f list, you will notice that there is a lot more.[DOUBLEPOST=1597961640][/DOUBLEPOST]Side note: Looking for EU manager, base pay starting at $10 a week, and possibily more based of experience.

You don't accept FR's on Discord, and frankly 10-20 isn't a big PB..

On your thread title it says “Large PB”. You also told me in DMs that the playerbase is 100 however that is not your playerbase because 90% of it are alts. Your playerbase would be small averaging around 10-25 due to this. Thank you! :)

Such a common trick with these factions servers. Easily 50-75% of their players are alts.

We're not being negative by the way, it's just you said Large PB in your title but it's not large at all. I'm just telling you that you're feeding people the wrong information.

I joined, and half the players in my tab are Named (Some Name)Alt1 to 15. This happened at least 2 other times with at least 15 other total alts. Also, when I asked about how many alts there were, I got at least 25 players messaging me instantly saying there all no alts with the exact same message with the same capitalization and misspelling. I understand that alts are important to factions but I've never seen these many alts before on a server, which is taking up at least 90% of the player base so do not call it a large playbase

Sadly, some people in this community do not know what factions is, how the gamemode is played, and guarantee you they are 8 year olds coming into this market expecting to know everything.

I have closed the thread, however I am still looking for staff members!
