The thing with HCF bases is that they're meant for individuals, not server owners.
And most individuals won't care for it being super-fancy, as long as it looks decent and works efficiently.
As such, HCF bases are not really a thing you focus on being fancy with. Better to focus on structures for gamemodes or servers..

I get it, but this base works really efficient and looks decent aswell. It's not an overdetailed box like most bases.

The most important part is that individuals simply won't have the budget to spend anywhere close to reasonable amounts on builds. I mean, there's a reason why even top-notch official Marketplace maps don't go above $5 or so in ingame currency. Sure, they're non-exclusive, but many of those packages would still be worth $25+ easily, since they're easily as valuable as schematicstore builds worth the same. It's simply that you can't really expect individuals with no financial profit to gain from it to buy builds at reasonable prices.
