You were legit threatening to chargeback over a 1 build being sold, which has not been removed.
And the "agreement" never even said I couldn't sell any builds. Stop acting like you control me. You don't even have access to the PayPal account.

I can confirm that I am indeed the owner of SharpPvP.com If you break the contract we have formed, which explicitly noted that "Upon signing this document the right to all content and the affiliated domain to sharppvp.com become legal possessions of LetsplayMC. This meaning all rights to files and domain are hence forth forwarded to LPMC.", I will not hesitate to not only dispute the payments, but file a fraud report against the account. You have signed this contract and henceforth no longer own the files. Also, as a separate note to "Boys" we are still in the process of being approved for a LLC license.

If whatever you're claiming is even remotely applicable then I'll file the dispute and report the account for fraud as you have to be 18 to even own a PayPal account.
I don't think you understand that you just proved my point. As per what the contract does and does not cover and its "officiality" there is no standard as per a documented contracts contents. If he is using his parents PayPal (which I doubt [email protected] would be theirs) then it is unauthorized use of the account. Along with that, if what you say is true and the contract is irrelevant then we can chargeback on a case of having not received our items (because in the contract we stated that all content regarding SharpPvP is ours, which these maps he didn't upload and we now have a viable reason to chargeback) which is not explicitly stated according to PayPal, however, the contract did, explicitly state it.
It's not so much that we care about the builds themselves. It's the fact that Sulium would do this to begin with, he clearly signed a contract in which he signed over rights of everything to us yet kept some to sell for his own profit.
In what way? Both are statements agreed to upon by both parties. I'm not sure what you think a "contract" is, however you may need to educate yourself on what one is and what it does.
So, you think that someone who's in-game name is Sulium has parents that would make their own PayPal account's E-Mail "[email protected]" ? Either you're blind or more than quite obviously a fake second account.
The fact that you knew he used WinSCP to transfer the files clearly stands you out as a second fraudulent account. Don't make it too obvious!
That's what the contract was there for . . . If the contract didn't exist then we could chargeback for having not received our items which you just contradicted yourself for.
The fact that you are obviously a child who resorts to using insults as a way to attempt to make yourself sound like you have some ounce of intelligence just makes this all the more entertaining. Regardless, we will now leave Sulium with two options. 1) Contact us within a week to hand over the rest of the files. OR 2) Deal with have -$1600 in his PayPal on an account of having not received our items.
