HCF Classes (Bard & Archer)

Now... I'm not looking for a plugin like this to be made, I'm looking for a source or an already existing plugin to find those classes.

Basically I've little to no idea what perks each of these classes have, for example, the Bard. Since you have to edit some of those effects (strength etc) I'm pretty sure and I've no idea by how much.

If someone would give info on both of these classes or provide a source with how every effect etc works then I'd be greatful. (I'm also interested in the cooldowns)
