HCF Core - Budget of $30-40

I'm looking to buy a HCF core that can handle about 300-400 players, won't drop TPS, won't eat memory, and is highly configurable for about $30 - 40. I may increase this budget depending on what the core can do.

I'm willing to test on a test server before purchasing, and I'm only purchasing from a trusted member.

Rocket is an abandoned project there selling source for $150 and it’s got bugs but Eric won’t offer support
