Theres a shit ton of HCF cores all over the place. What does a core need, and what extra features would make a core even better.

If it were exclusive I really see no point in a fully configurable core, because the developer can just edit the stuff to the buyer's needs. Some features I would like to see are:

MySQL Support - Saves all of the player's data and bans/mutes/kicks/etc... also the inventory restores.
Custom Factions - This will up the price a lot of money if you can make a custom faction system.
Custom Events - If you can make custom events like in TheCore, or like Ore Mountain, it would help up the price.
