- Under $50
- Can Hold a lot of Players
- Has to be a supported project (updates for bugs)

NOTE: Do not recommend Notorious as it can not handle that many players.

Might as well contact Scar. Because you will find no core that is perfect for performance for $50 or under. Scar's core only cost $100 so you should probably try to do something to raise your budget.
