HCF Core

Hey there MCM, need a bit of help,
So, I was just wondering, how much would a HCF Core cost that contains:
- Staff Mode (Editable Scoreboard)
- Scoreboard (Completely Editable)
- List (Like HCGames, HCTeams)
- Unique Factions System (Like CentileHCF with /f punish, /f manage)
- /focus
- KitMap option enabled (Adds Kills & Deaths to Scoreboard)
- "Chat: Slowed (5s), Chat: Locked" etc. (Like HCGames, gets chat status, not there if chat is on normal)
and much more a normal hcf core would have. If not, are there any cores which have these types of features.
