Hi, I am looking for an iHCF fork or HCF core.

Features that must be in it
* The ability to sustain at minimum 200 players with no lag
* Basic HCF core functions
* Deathbans, Lives
* Staff mode, with scoreboard
* Clearchat, mutechat, etc
* Focus
- I just need an HCF core that is basic with ALL features and that has no lag.

I have a developer who can add in all the things that I need.
If you sell to me, I will need source code.
