Hcf Custom map

Greetings.
I am looking to be opening a HCF server with some friends and we are looking for a Map
Requirements:
5kx5k
Spawn area there needs to be a flat area in between these coordinates x200,z200,x-200,z-200 and there must be space for roads which will be 10 to -10 which will extend all the way to the border
Increased Ores.
Normal generated amount of Cave/spider/skeleton/zombie spawners underground.
There must be a decent amount of custom Large trees in the plains biome.
Normal amount of lava underground.
No Villages/Pyramids E.T.C. but i do we mineshafts
There needs to be these Biomes:
Plains-Large areas, Large Tree, Some Hills, some water holes, a few rivers (no lakes) and caves
Desert-Large areas, few cacti, very small hills and few caves.
Mesa-Small Areas, Very Hilly, lots of caves.
Swamp-Small areas, very flat, very watery, very cavey.
