Saw the post, decided, eh.. Why not.. I went ahead and did my interpretation of what you want, only took like 10 minutes. You can have this version for free if you want, and I'll add more if you pay!

Features:
1)
When you die, a sign with:
Line 2: PLAYERNAME
Line 3: has died here
Will spawn within a 2 block radius of your player's death location ONLY if there is an available air block which has a block below it that's not air.
2)
Messages the player who died, and the player who breaks the death sign. The message explains who's death sign was broken to the breaker, and who broke your death sign to the dead player.
3)
When a player logs out and has a death sign, it removes the sign from the server only if the spot the sign spawned is still a sign block.
