Hi, so I have a project named RavenMC Network and I need a developer that has a good knowledge in HCF and has a good base on what HCF is and how it works.

What I need: A developer that can make me an HCF core that can be switched to KitMap mode, HCF core with a faction system integrated and KoTH integrated along with a staff system (freeze, staff mode, staff chat, online staff message etc..) and also custom enchants like Arcane if he can, with HCTeams like tab, /focus and minecart elevators etc..
