I need a hcf developer to develop for my new hcf server that is going to be coming out soon, I Will not be paying you until you have completed the server etc, I barely can afford a developer anyway so I am not looking to get scammed, but once you're done with the server we can negotiate prices.

What plugins are needed to be made? I'll think of this if the plugins aren't like HCF Cores..

Dude I have nothing set up yet I just need plugins etc. to set it up willing to pay after i get money.
