I need a developer to get/give me plugins and install them for my minecraft server. I just need HCF plugins that are like VeltPvP's or FaithfulMC's wit the scoreboard. Not one with those regular factions plugins, this will be a paid job as soon as the server starts up, you will be paid.

So you want a system administrator? Developers program, sys admins do that.
