This may sound rude, and it may sound harsh, but listen.
I'm not going to waste several hours typing at my computer for potentially nothing. If you don't even have the cash to pay a developer, you probably shouldn't be starting a server. Most servers require a fair amount of funds to be successful, ask someone like drgn. 99% of servers fail. If you don't even have the funds to pay a developer, you probably won't be making any money, I'm sorry. As a developer, I really don't care about how your server goes. I care about making plugins and making money. I want money whether your server does well or not.
