You likely will not find a developer that has 3+ years of experience in the HCF community. Keep in mind that the majority of people in the HCF community that develop plugins and have lots of experience are 18+ and are usually pretty busy.

Yea, I figured as such I'm already in contact with a few developers I know from the HCF community prior to this post but I was just putting this out here in the hopes of finding a few people.

Yeah for sure. There are a few but they are either under NDAs/Non-competes or have other projects they are passionate about such as their own servers that they are working on.
