HCF /f top

Currently, I am searching for a developer that can make a /f top system compatible with ByteCore(https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/bytecore-hcf-1-7-1-8-api-event-system-mountain-system.47909/) and the HCF plugin I will be using HCFactions by drtshock (https://dev.bukkit.org/projects/hcfactions).
The plugin would work the same as a normal /f top system for FactionsUUID or any other normal factions plugin. Similar to this plugin. (https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/f-top-factions-top-by-novucs.26905/)
