i need a Factions plugin with claiming wands that work with essentials bal to claim using the wand and i need to be able to create system facs and i need to be able to claim inside the system facs i want everything fac to change in config like the fac player limit ally limit.

No they can't, no developer in the fucking world could get this done in 2 days, maybe just possibly a team of developers that are very close and know each other well could get this done, but it's HIGHLY unlikely that he could get it done in 2 days.

And you think 2-Day-Rush Shipping is cheap? This for you personally would be around $500-$800+. And then you add in the "i need it in 2 dayz plz", add another $100-$300. No one in this community knows how much time and effort it actually takes to make huge projects like this.
