HCF - Full setup! Ready to go server with no lobby

Buying a FULL Hcf server setup and what should it include: - A custom HCF core (Don't even try to offer me a leaked ones.) - All maps (Nether, End & Overworld) completely setup including koths, glowstone mountain, spawn! - All plugins should be easy to configure, like to change scoreboard names etc. And should be easy to edit a few things for my self if i will not like somethin. - Permissions have to be done. Including various groups, Media, Staff & Donator ranks are configed as well! (You can change the donator ranks) my discord - Formay#5846 ( Open to a few other suggestions )

You will almost never get a completely custom core even with a really high budget the closest thing to fully custom would be an iHCF fork.
