This plugin is an Insider HCF Plugin. It allows you to set tags to specific players that have a reputation of insiding other players bases.
If you're asking "what is insiding", let me explain:
The general idea of "insiding" is teaming with players, and then raiding and even letting other teams inside their base.

Servers such as ParaPots now use plugins similar to this. If the insider tries to rejoin a faction/team, the faction/team he is trying to join will know that he has insided a base before.
Who Sets The Tag?
There is a configurable permission node you give to anyone (or rank) you want to be able to use the command /insider
