Being kind would be you paying more than $3 for good work, going into builds for you. Kind isn't someone working cheap for you when they can do the same thing and get better pay.

Idk where you get these, but they must be pretty bad koths. Even the simple ones are worth $5+.

That's up to you. If you're willing to work for $.55 an hour, that's not my problem. I guess it's better than working in an iphone chip factory.
However, most people with basic skill and self-respect will want $3+ per hour, at least. Most will want more. The minimum wage in my country for 15-y old people (youngest age you're allowed to hold a proper part-time job) is $4 per hour.
And then there's the highly skilled builders, who can ask upwards of $10 per hour because what they're doing is skilled labor.
These are not people aiming for the youth trying to start a server with their weekly allowance. It's people aiming for those looking to start a fully profitable server and willing to invest some money into that.
