I made a post previously but left out very crucial info about the server.

This server is going to be a Low-Budget HCF server.
We are only wanting up to 60-70 players on SOTW
Despite being low-budget we will being pay staff. (by %)
We are currently looking for the ranks of
Mod (1) Mod+(1)
We're also looking for plugin testers/helpers.

Just a quick question, why would you sell your equity in your server if you already are making a low budget HCF server as you most likely are budgeting. So Why give a percentage away and not just hire some of these roles free?

It's a very small percentage; Its mainly to entice people.

Not trying to trash but I suggest even if it is a small percentage, every percentage matters I suggest making them either free or not giving a percentage of a server. It will bring your problems in the future even if rates are small. Furthermore, that is just my advice your choice of listening to it or not.
