The lowest I could recommend is Trooper, who is relatively new and therefore very affordable when it comes to maps.
If you get a non-exclusive HCF spawn and roads, you should be able to pay only Trooper's price + about $20, which would put you well under the $100 mark. Cheaper than that, you're gonna have to download stuff from PMC.
Zovichi nah, $200 for a 2K HCF map is very high, even for me. Though with an exclusive 2K (Im assuming 4K because of BS HCF measurements) and exclusive roads + spawn, he IS looking at a minimum of $100 no matter who he finds.

You'll have to elaborate further. Are you talking about an ingame map? like one of those handheld ones, or?
I just want a custom spawn with some roads and custom terrain which could be done in literally seconds. the fact these kids think anything is worth over $5 makes me laugh i'll just do it myself, whatever.
Really now, you're one of those types? If it's not worth money to you, don't come on here, the one place where paid minecraft services are offered. Ask a few 6-y olds over on PMC to build you some dirt houses and gravel paths if you want it for free. Or better yet, do it yourself. It's free if you do it yourself, and it can't be that hard if it's only worth $5 to you, right?
If you come on here and start lowballing like this, the only thing you're achieving is making sure nobody wants to work with you.
making a half-decent HCF spawn takes several hours. Making a half decent HCF map takes at least an hour even if you use the auto-generated hills, which only beginners do.
What you're asking for is a minimum of 5-7 manhours, if you're happy with a few shitty builds, and you're offering a total of $5. Maybe that's a lot for starving kids in africa, but in most of our resident countries you could maybe just afford a handful of sandwiches, for a full day's work.
If you're gonna lowball, at least offer minimum wage for 13+y olds ($4 per hour? idfk, depends on the country you live in).
sorry bro didn't wanna be rude just it is really simple to do just to make basic terrain some roads not even the best spawn it's not like i get 1,000 players or anything so i dont wanna pay $200 for a map I don't even have that much i have like $80 in paypal and have to pay for the host, I just don't know how to do custom terrain so i thought someone could just do it real quick and paste in a shitty spawn they've made lol
I just explained what you can expect to pay. And trying to insult people's work is not the best way to get them to give you a discount.

That puts you at $14. Now if you check around the shops at the top of "builds", there should be cheap KoTH packages around. Combine that with a simple road you can WE yourself, you should be able to reach $20. the reason I didnt suggest this is because these are NON-exclusive. Meaning other people have them too. Usually, players will dislike this, so it may not be the best idea.

I linked an option, a non-exclusive 6K HCF map (3K from 0,0) for $10. I'm not sure if other non-exclusive sellers have maps like that. You could take a look around. What you could also do is ask Fire to generate you a customized vanilla world (using the customization settings in vanilla minecraft), using settings that make it fit for HCF. You'll have to ask him if thats actually a thing you can do, it's not my expertise. I paint maps, I don't generate them, not that way. His prices are also far more affordable, exactly because it IS purely generation.
