EDIT: LOL YOU HAVE TO SHIFT + RIGHT CLICK TO TP YOU UP.
YOu should enter the minecart and then left it.

literally no difference, I have it cancelling it unless you're shifting. Please elaborate how this completely changes everything.

Why don't you? You already told me you have a plugin like this, so why care? This is a million times easier to do and most people who actually play hct shift then go in. Staying in the minecart makes no difference because when you exit the minecart you're at the top regardless. Also, it can prevent some glitches by not allowing people to enter such small gaps.
