HCF Minecraft Server [PAYING BIG!]

Hello! I really want to host a Minecraft Network and I want it to be HCF based.

So this is what I want:
A trailer (depending on pricing)
Paid core (a cheap one or some other core)
Lobby (with lobby gadgets), Kitmap, and HCF
Custom Terrain (depending on price)
CUSTOM BUILDS
Website (depending on price)
Buycraft setup
All ranks setup
Crates
Holograms setup
HCF and Kitmap working with claims, and all the basic hcf stuff.


You can choose the server name, rank names, mapkit, and plugins.
I just want files I can upload, bungeecord, and bam. I have a server ready for launch.
I don't need hosting as I already have server hosting and website hosting.

Price I'm paying:
$75

Also, recommend me a cheap VPS provider.
Willing to discuss higher prices.

This isnt really "PAYING BIG!" I dont even think you can get all that for ~100$

How much do you think it would be? I think $100 is a lot. At least in my country.

Look.

It depends, what kind of type you are. You can't run a HCF Server with 75 USD. Or well, you can. But not with more than 100 players. Depends if you use them correct. But have a large budget, because HCF is what that drains your money most, and is what that might gain you the most aswell. It's a risk, but who am i to judge.
