I am offering to become a staff member on a HCF server because I have spent several years both playing the gamemode and working as a staff member. After having a break from the game I have found myself looking for new opportunity to become staff again. What better place to offer my skills than the MCMarket

.My minecraft IGN is Respond, I live in the United Kingdom (GMT timezone) and I am 15 years old.
I am currently getting ready to take my GCSES then I will move on to college (not the same as US). I love playing games like overwatch and battlefield where it takes skill in order to become good at the game much like minecraft pvp ^_^. I don't really play any sports however I enjoy running long distances at my local running club.

-Moderator on a small faction server (very close community usually only 20 players).
-Head EU Moderator on PrimeHCF when it was popular and owned by the current owners of Hcgames 300-800 players (sidenote: I got accepted on hcgames but failed at the interview stage because of my playtime being only 12 hours, although I was told I was the best applicant they had in a long time).
-Senior Moderator on FaithfulHCF (was a long time ago only 100-200 players).
-Moderator on Moku HCF (was accepted mainly because lack of staff 200- ??? players).
-Trial mod on purgepots but had to resign because of family issues which have now been resolved hence why I am looking for a new server.

Attitude and how i work with other staff.
I will bring a positive attitude and help my peers with problems they may face when supporting players on the server. As I am a fast learner I will quickly be able to deal with large problems. I know how to stand up to players if they start harassing me or my fellow staff members. I will be cautious and take my role seriously making sure to not make mistakes when I am dealing with players both in game and in teamspeak. I will influence players into following the rules and punish those who go out of their way to break them. I respect that I need to be committed towards helping the community and everyone who surrounds it eg will never try and ruin the server''s reputation.
Knowledge
I have had experience screen sharing, as well as hackers for example I can recognise blatant cheats such as phasing and killaura etc. From previous experience I learned how to use software such as Process hacker 2 ( find cracked vape or premium incognito), Emeditor (so i can find toggle sneak clients, bspkrsCore clients), everything search tool(find downloaded ghost clients and other fishy programs such as KB modifiers, autoclickers and possibly booters) last activity viewer (used to find injection clients, autoclickers etc) and of course USB viewers so I can look at USBs to check for injection clients such as Harambe or Gorilla. I have the knowledge to act careful during screenshares making sure I pay very attention and explain clearly what I want the player to do. Obviously I won't reveal methods and directly tell them what I am looking for in case they manage to find a way of hiding it.
I am mature.
If I become staff I will deal with problems carefully and wont joke around when I am in a serious situation. I can be very patient when dealing with immature in both teamspeak and in game. Although this can sometimes be difficult I will try my hardest to act mature in order to represent the server. Obviously, I can also joke around when it comes to hanging around with staff or when players having a laugh.
I will be respectful and responsible for my actions.
I realise that you need to be responsible for your actions when you are staff on a HCF server. I will be trusted with lots of information and commands therefore I need to be respectful of the servers privacy and other players. If I make a mistake I will make sure I tell other staff members about the problem such as admins etc depending on how important the issue is. When being respectful I will make sure I treat all players and staff equal even if they are new to the server asking questions or higher up admins.

Generically, I love to help others and I hate cheaters. It makes me feel good when I achieve something such as banning lots of hackers, and people who break server rules. This is something I want to do, in order to make a server cleaner and a better experience from a players perspective. I want to become apart of a growing community, helping out and creating a bond between players and staff like there should be. I will be able to meet new people and increase my skills when dealing with players.
